Preface

I. The Object of Faith

“The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen.”—2 Cor. xiii. 14.

II. The Worship of Faith

“Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judæain the days of Herod the king, behold, wise men from the East came to Jerusalem, saying, Where is He that is born King of the Jews? …And they fell down and worshipped Him; and opening their treasures they offered unto Him gifts, gold and frankincense and myrrh.”—S. III. The Righteousness of Faith
